This camp will be held at Bents Basin campground from the —- (TBA) 2020. You can arrive to the campground anytime after 12pm, but the team will be there from 4pm. We will finish all activities by 11:30 am on the Sunday.
We hope that you and your family can make it for the mweekend, but if you can’t, please ensure you come for the day on Saturday.
This is a great family camping spot in Sydney. Bents Basin campground offers sites for tents, trailer and caravans in a scenic location by the water. The facilities include an amenities block, picnic tables, barbecue facilities, carpark, drinking water, hot showers and toilets. There is no power available. We encourage you to take your rubbish with you, however there are some rubbish bins available in the campground.
You must provide for your family’s camping and food requirements. There’s a commercial style camp kitchen which we have hired. It includes a stove, double refrigerator, sink and hot water facilities. There is also a large picnic shelter which we have also hired, in case of rain, so that we can still run some of the activities we have planned with the Adventurers. In this shelter there are power points and lighting.
Camping fees
For those who will be camping with us, you need to pay a camping fee. Please book and pay for your campsite with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. The entry gate to the campground on Wolstenholme Ave is locked daily from 7pm during the summer period. Gate codes will be emailed to campers for access. If you have not received your gate code, contact 1300 072 757 before setting out.
Please note that the camping fee and the park entry fee are separate, so you will still need to pay for park entry.
Park entry fees
If you are coming for the day only, you do not have to pay a camping fee, just the park entry fee for the day.  The park has pay and display machines that accept both coin and card.
Alternatively, you may choose to buy an annual pass for NSW National Parks.
